New Waiver - Updated November 13, 2011

Alas, CCA has put out a new waiver that we all need sign.  So if you sent in your forms prior to November 13th, you will need to refill the new form.

New Waiver Form

Please print it out, sign, and either mail it to the Registrar or bring with you to the first day of skiing.
